Create customization menu #32

We find that it is important to create a fully customizable order for each customer for them to gain the best experience. This window would be significant in our steps of creating a menu for other students.

I started on the page c5692e03dcb97dd60c819d1a9290c0adfdcc29c7, but it is not done. It needs to be improved with multiple sections (at least free additions & paid, but preferably customizable in a central place), and the data actually needs to be collected.

The modular design I did this week makes this extremely easy. I will be making a file that has all of the food with its customizations so it is easy.
