Need to:

Decide goals for the app
Decide goals for the website
Decide overall goals

For basic functionality I think we need a

Home page
Way to send and accept payment
A way to select which restraunt a student would like to eat from

We would also need to look into how we can use other people as possible runners who could use our food ordering service. We are also looking at finding the optimal method of the transaction between our customers that minimizes cost while maximizing the profits of the company.
