Create model line graph on using Observable Plot #11

Should imitate what the the final product should look like. Once we understand the syntax of plot.py by doing this, we can parse it directly into the right format.

We are no longer using plot.py, but Observable Plot, a Javascript library that works inline the Githubissues.
