A lot of thought would have to be put into how to designe the UI.
Goal: Make it easy to manage multiple simulation runs, know which parameters were used, what the settings were, etc. Possibly even have the capability of saving the whole state of a "simulation set" to a file + being able to load it + save reference to model file, etc. (Obviously, this last part is strongly connected to #23 ;))
