Quality scores #119

Hi, I have run LoFreq on nanopore sequencing data from naso-pharyngeal swab samples and have quality scores ranging from 71 to 12410. What do the quality scores mean as I thought they were Phred scores but my scores don't appear to be similar to Phred scores. Please can you help me understand what my quality scores mean?
