Move CSBDeep menu up #19

Hey @frauzufall ,

with this change, the CSBDeep menu moves up in the normal alphabetical order of Plugin menus which makes it easier to find.

In know it's just a nice-to-have, but maybe you also would like to have it ;-)

If the JAR file doens't contain an underscore_ it will not be recognized by ImageJ1 as a plugin containing jar file.
