"You need to provide upload infomation first" Error #11

While Installing TensorFlow GPU native libraries I met troubles.

"for Windows:https://sites.imagej.net/CSBDeep-GPU-win64-TF1.12.0" I met following errors: image

What can I do? Thanks for your helps!

I have solved this problem by changing "https" to "http", it works "http://sites.imagej.net/CSBDeep-GPU-win64-TF1.12.0"
