Add option to define the icon images used by map controls

Two of the older controls contain hard-coded references to asset image files used as control icons. To make these controls more generic, developers should be able to define the image assets when creating the map control, instead of being forced to use a specific asset file.

Controls which need to be updated:

• [ ] Mapslist control
