A number of css methods in the web-mapping-components/src/basic-tools/tools/dom.js module are named in a way which suggest they perform operations on element css style rules. In reality these methods are not updating element styling but actually updating element classes. To reduce confusion, these methods should be renamed, and references to where they are called should be updated.
Proposed Methods Name Changes:
Dom.AddCss -> Dom.AddClasses (Note: Method allows adding multiple classes, which is why it's plural)
