Release notes for 1.1.0 + clearer formatting.

I am not sure if the --- will get correctly parsed by the FAKE release notes module, but we'll see. On the other hand, please add a list of the functions added rather than "added some functions"

Lgtm now, but remove the mentions from of the testprojekt please - it will not be released on nuget and needs no Release notes
