Describe the bug
When Starting Server some default ini values that where set to 1.0 or 1 may disappear, this does not mean the settings don't work it just mean that the server has removed none needed parameters in the ini file
QUICK FIX
set the value higher then 1 or 1.0 and the Message boxes with stacktrace names will go away
