Plotter updates #15

Pressing the down arrow when already at the bottom of the scrollbar used to cause spacing between plotted traces to shrink. The number of channels to plot should be based on the montage, not on the number of original channels.

Nice additions to the toolbox! The time adjustments is certainly I've been meaning to do for a little while now!

In the future though, rather than pull request and immediately accept yourself, let me or other users have a look through it and try it out before merging so we can be sure it doesn't have any unwanted side-effects or bugs.
