UpdateDietCommand:

Allows user to choose between Pescatarian, Vegan, Vegetarian, and No Diet
All new users are assigned No Diet by default

UserCSVReader:

Small change to isUser method to account for empty file case

PreferenceBookCSVReader + PreferenceBook

Javadocs added

RecipeCollection + GetNewRecipeCommand

Added method removePrefs() that removes recipes that don't match the users preferences from the RecipeCollection
Called in GetNewRecipeCommand

CommandTests

Some tests changed so that they don't call on old recipes that were removed from recipes.csv
