Fixed errors and refactored code. #95

Added javadocs, changed the output of the ListRecipeBookCommand, and fixed the bugs that stopped the GUI from cooperating with PreferenceBooks and the bug that stopped filters and sorts from being correctly applied to recipeBooks.
