WebSocket Implemented in Front End Board Model

What does this implement/fix? Explain your changes.

Switched the Socket.IO socket connections in frontend_board_model.js into WebSocket connections in preparation for WebSocket changes. Should still respond the same to WebSocket events, functionality should be unchanged, it's just WebSockets all the way down now.

Does this reference any currently open issues?

Due to the WebSocket change in progress and my own machine's apparent inability to use the mobile frontend, cannot currently test this.
