@cdwainscott, here is your pull request with the single file taken off. I used git cherry-pick to take the changes from only one of your commits, the one that actually mattered. Unfortunately, your tests failed the Travis build because you have made certain assumptions about test files you've made on the server. So, I will not be merging your changes in unless this is fixed. Since you've gotten the okay from Professor St. Clair, you probably don't need to do this for a grade, but if you want to continue to do it for learning experience and personal reward, feel free to do so and I will merge it in.
