Editor Page HTML and CSS #27

@mboie, what is your progress on this? Since we have a demo next week, I'm hoping we can have your finished code for this soon so @xwang12 and I can have a place to put our code.

For the most part, the page is complete. A couple aspects of the page we may still want to change but all of the major layout and bootstrap components are in place. I can show it to both you ( @apotheos ) and @xwang12 in class tomorrow and you can put your pieces in place. Then we should be able to get a good sense of any further changes that need to be made to it.

@mboie, #32 didn't appear to have the sunburst extending into the project name and user name div. Here is what I am talking about:

I remember seeing it on your screen today in class. Is this not in #32? If not, that's okay. I just want to make sure we don't forget about it.

No. I lost that change when I was working on the tabbed interface. I am working on getting it back right now though. For whatever reason it is being difficult. I will get it working though.

Working on removing the black border between the segments and fixing the scaling as well
