Enhance Message Pinning #17

Based on War-Keeper#9. Make pinning messages a private command where only the user can see their pinned messages. Using DMs is suggested.

Private channel pins are impossible. Would be better to have a "sendMe (message_id)" command or something, where message_id is copypasta'd from copy ID.
