Fix README #19

Some parts of the README don't reflect changes to the project or project structure.

4. pip install -r api/requirements.txt
Installs the requirements for the Flask API

There is no such api folder. Instead, requirements.txt is under feature-hunt/backend/.

Leila Moran — 10/20/2021 I'm going to go ahead and merge a branch with main. All it does is change database connections and update the readme/badges, so it shouldn't interfere with anything too much.
