I can handle the UI components for this task, but might need help with storing/authenticating user data. Should we use the backend to handle user transactions? How are users attached to projects/features (I assume this is a database change)?

Added the signin form, dashboard and edit tag functionality. To Do:

[x] Connect user to project in database
[ ] Apply logic so user can only add to their own project features
[x] Add Authentication of some sort
[ ] change theme to be consistent colors
[ ] format header to handle button and "Your Projects"
[x] add new tests in jest
