In the Admin Account under CLIENT DECK add a button "SAVE & NOTIFY".
Only when this button is clicked, the changes made (aka the talents included in this deck) will be visible by the Client.
It will also trigger the Notification email to the Client, and changes are pushed to the Notification symbol in Client's Account
