on-screen keyboard icon not visible if background set to black (with fix!)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. switch on onscreen keyboard icon with right-click menu
2. switch colours to white on black
3. icon disappears!

This is due, as far as we can tell, to the fact that the icon uses loads of 
transparency / alpha channel.

Here's a fix:  a different icon!  See attachment. imho a nicer one too.  
License is free for commercial reuse

Nice icon.  My read of the licensing terms does not suggest that we can use it 
because we would
be redistributing it.  They have licensed it for use on website where it is 
shown to users, but not
included in distributed files.

Let us know if you find one with an agreeable license.

Hi, we have a patched fork that contains fix for this issue. Transparency on 
original
keyboard icon was removed.
