Used the following query: db.business.find({'city':'Las Vegas'},{'name':1,'review_count':1}).sort({'review_count':-1})

We found that Mon Ami Gabi was the most actively reviewed business in Las Vegas with 4084 reviews, followed by Earl of Sandwich with 3655 reviews.
