Create the DB for the promotion system

As a Developer I need Create the DB and design the schema of the database So that I can store and operation all the data of the promotion.

Details and Assumptions

• The database should the following schema
  • The unique id for reference
  • type of the promotion
  • time period
  • description
  • the relation value of sale(20 % , $50 off)
• The relation table for the products and users
• Defined the permission for different roles.

• May use the sql / mongodb / etc.

  Acceptance Criteria

  Given the id
  When Query the database
  Then I can get the the all the info the promotion.
