Integrate BDD into the CI pipeline

As a developer I need to see and confirm that the app works as it should So that I am able to make changes

Details and Assumptions

• create a .github/workflows/bdd.yml file and configure GitHub Actions to run test cases every time someone pushes to the master branch or submits a Pull Request.

  Acceptance Criteria

  Given BDD has been integrated into the CI pipeline
  When a PR is submitted or a merge to master happens
  Then BDD test cases should run
