As a Developer I need A auto CD pipeline So that The build can autumnally deploy after test and build.

Details and Assumptions

Creating the .tekton/pipeline.yaml file for pipeline definition
Creating .tekton/tasks.yaml file to store your tasks definitions
.tekton/workspace.yaml file to define the PersistentVolumeClaim for the shared workspace for your cluster

Acceptance Criteria
```
Given A commit
When The CI is complete 
Then the build will autumnally deploy to cloud
```
