As a Promotion Manager
I need to be able to list all promotions
So that I can easily discover and view ongoing promotions on the platform

Details and Assumptions

• The "Prmotions Page" is the landing page of the application.
• The "Search" button triggers a search for promotions.
• The promotion results lists all in the DB

Acceptance Criteria

 Given I am on the "Promotions Page"
 When I press the "Search" button
 Then I should see a list of all the promotions
