As a promotion manager I need a user-friendly and intuitive Delete button UI for promotions So that I can quickly and efficiently delete a promotion.

Given I am on the "Promotions Page" When I enter valid search criteria, such as promotion code or name And I press the "delete" button Then I should Delete a promotion
