As a promotion manager I need a user-friendly and intuitive Rerieve button UI for promotions So that I can quickly and efficiently retrieve a promotion.

Given I am on the "Promotions Page" When I enter valid promotion ID And I press the "Retrieve" button Then I should Retrieve a promotion
