Description

As a developer
I need to update the root URL with useful information
So that it is convenient to see what fields are in the URL

Details and Assumptions

microservice root URL ('/') should return some useful information about the service like the name, version, and what your List resource URL is a JSON.

Acceptance Criteria

Given I want to check the service information
When I query the root URL
Then I am able to see some useful information about the service like the name, version etc.
