This PR -

Modifies condition and stock_level fields in the Inventory Model to be of type Enum.
Adds a new endpoint to update an inventory item.
Adds test for the update endpoint.
Adds tests for exception handling and mock data.
Increases overall test coverage from 70% to 88%.
