As a Product Manager I need a simple web interface to manage products. So that I can create, read, update, and delete products easily.

Details and Assumptions

The UI should allow CRUD operations for products.
The interface should be user-friendly and responsive.

Acceptance Criteria

Given products exist in the system 
When I use the web UI 
Then I should be able to create, read, update, and delete products.
