Add Query String Support to List Items Function

As a developer I need to filter the list of items using query parameters So that I can retrieve only the items in an order matching specific criteria

Details and Assumptions

• The list endpoint should support query parameters for filtering.

  Acceptance Criteria

  Given a order and associated items 
  When I request to list the items in the order and pass in filter criteria on product_id
  Then I should receive a list of items in the order matching the product_id with a status 200 OK
