Description

Issue

When grading, it is really annoying to have to accept default values for every option.

Suggestion

Create a grading mode that automatically accepts the default values for everything that it can.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Only prompts grader for assignments to grade and Gradescope grade sheets.
[ ] Does not grade 0 point assignments.
[ ] Accepts default values for scaling, points, and max points.
[ ] Set missing student points to zero
[ ] Only prompts for confirmation at start of grade posting step.
[ ] Grader is able to select this mode from the main menu.
