Description

Issue

It might be confusing for a student when their previous code is currently in the submission after they make changes and re run the local autograder.

Suggestion

If a previous submission exists clean it out.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] If a submission upload exists, it is deleted
[x] Student is notified that the prev submission is deleted
[x] If a submission doesn't exist, then execution precedes as normal
