topTracks using Spotify API #33

As a user, based on my spotify account, I should be able to see my top 10 most played tracks and information about those tracks

Acceptance Criteria: As a logged in user , when I click on top tracks in the nav bar I will be redirected to a page where there will be a field where I can click and get my top tracks
