Monomer and sequence details

As a user of the web application, I am able to view details about the existing monomer or sequence, so that I can explore the existing molecule more in depth.

Requirements:

• Monomer detail view added to the web application and contextual menu.
• Monomer detail view accessed when a user double clicks on a monomer in the monomer library.
• View includes information that can be retrieved from the HELM2WebService, such as an image of the chemical representation, molecular weight, etc.

This is supported in the main view already, but the monomer library is lacking the monomer detail view.
