51 enable svg zooming #68

  1. Enabled Pan and Zoom for main canvas and lower pane
  2. Added missing types of RNA and Phosphate nodes based on monomer library and grouped them to have the proper node colors
  3. Fixed light font against dark backgrounds issue.
  4. Some refactoring and cleanup.
