Snakemake with Apptainers, link to Snakemake documentation

Based on https://rt.csc.fi/rt/Ticket/Display.html?id=710725 we had a comment about executalble missing and depricated snakemake option in use.. Instead added now linked to Snakemake documentation, should stay better up-to-date.

The Snakemake doc does not specifically talk about this issue in the container part, but also not sure how common this issue is that a container image does not provide bash and a bash command is used in the rule.

So in this case probably fine as is.

Another thing: Are you sure it is apptainer: xxx in the box below this changed text, or should it be container: xxx (I only know the latter) ?
