Proposed changes

Adding Pukki instructions how to enable root from the web interface, so that users can easier take extensions into use.

Looks good to me. Only comment was about explaining better how to connect, I assume it is using a psql or similar client and use root as a user, the same way other non privileged users work, but I think that it would be better if it is explicit.

Notice that there were some documentation about connecting to the database, added link to the section.
