Ansible: Refactor redundant installation code #621

Get rid of the all the installation code in the ansible directory, since the installation is supposed to be done using the https://github.com/CSCfi/pebbles-deploy repository. IMPORTANT: The ansible part for provisioning the pool vms should remain.
