Description: All team members take different classes and work on their homework at different times, so we may find it difficult to have instant communication and solve problems on time.
Resolution: Every team member notifies each other about their available working time so we can make a reasonable schedule. For those team members that regularly miss meetings, muted themselves all the time, and fail to show any sign of participation during the project, we will immediately report these issues to the class coordinator, TAs, and professors so that the efforts of anyone who actively and industriously participated into this project shall be honored. Also, we shall sacrifice some of our bedtime to complete this project if necessary in order to finish up some of the leftover tasks that are not completed by other members.
