74 backend refactor get post api to include profile image

Abstract

Please include a summary of the changes and the related issue. At minimum, describe:

• This PR solves the problem of not getting the profile picture when querying the posts.
• It does this by utilizing sqlAlchemy's query and join function to query both the user and the post review and combining them together. Then we process this query and convert it into a dictionary object for easier processing for the frontend.
