Disable voting buttons when it is not a voting session. #112

Task Tests:

  1. any Connect to vpn.buffalo.edu
  2. ssh into cheshire.cse.buffalo.edu
  3. run server.py
  4. run amongus.py
  5. See that there is a timer running that switches between gameplay and voting
  6. Click on voting buttons when there isn't a voting session. Should do nothing
  7. Click on a voting button when there is a voting session and that button should change color.
