Add .py file containing socket program to our directory in cheshire.cse.buffalo.edu #61

Acceptance test:

  1. Open terminal
  2. ssh into cheshire.cse.buffalo.edu
  3. Once connected to cheshire, go into the directory /web/CSE442-542/2020-Fall/cse-442g/
  4. use ls command to see list of files in this directory and confirm that connectSocket.py is one of the files there
