Acceptance Test:
1)Start Program
2)click cog icon in the lower right of the screen
3) player should see a white box with a list of all resource packs detected
4) click an item on the list
5) click "apply pack" button
6) user should at first notice the title screen change and will notice sound differences in gamplay. (or whatever else we decided to put in testpack1)
