Add legends and labels #18

For main view: 1) colored circle = conservative/liberal vote 2) some explanation for the overview (i.e. what is depicted on the line graph) 3) label for leftmost axis

For justice view: 0) color for conservative/liberal (probably covered by the main view legend) 1) grey = baseline (accepted decision for the case) 2) labels for x axis 3) possibly different label for y axis (if the current one isn't clear enough)

For justice view, for majority/minority option: maybe change the color scheme and add legend accordingly. Currently it's red if dips below 0, blue if rises above 0 - makes sense for conservative/liberal, but not really for majority/minority.
