Implement smooth scroll functionality for improved navigation

Description

This update focuses on implementing smooth scroll functionality across the website to enhance navigation and user experience. Specifically, the changes include adding smooth scrolling to the navigation buttons such as the Home button, Contact button, and "Learn More" section links. Additionally, the Home button now smoothly scrolls to the hero section, and the Contact button smoothly scrolls to the contact section upon clicking. Furthermore, the "Learn More" section links have been enhanced to ensure they smoothly scroll to their respective dedicated sections. These improvements aim to provide users with a seamless browsing experience, improving engagement and usability on the website.
