[Feature] Add a Blogging page in the blog section

Description

It will be a blog section where users can add blogs based on their interests. They can share day to day updates on skills in demand. The various new courses which are launched and many more. This is for the blog link which currently redirects to nothing. I would like to do the backend for it. Kindly assign it to me under GSSoC label.
