[Style] Make Navbar Sticky #463

What's the style idea?

We need to improve the navbar. Currently the navbar is not sticky. For better user experience, it has to be made sticky.

I'm GSSOC'24 Contributor.

Please assign this issue to me. As it needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

@CSEdgeOff @Durgesh-Vaigandla Can I start working on this issue?

The navbar should be sticky so that user don't have to scroll to top if he wants to re-direct to another page. As, no matter which type of website it is, the navbar should be sticky for the best user experience.
